Short stays are based on a min stay of 2 nights and will receive the following discount off the nightly rate:
3 nights 23%
4 nights 30%
5/6 nights 38%
The price on your booking request will be amended before payment is requested.
Rental rates are for the entire property.

Payments can be made via bank transfer or on a card via pay pal.
A 25% deposit is due to secure all bookings with the balance payable 6 Weeks Prior to booking start date. Full payment will be required on all bookings made less than 6 weeks prior to start date.
Cancellations
All cancellations must be notified immediately by telephone or email as soon as possible.
Less than 6 weeks prior to arrival - all efforts will be made to re-let the property. If following a cancellation we are able to re-let the property, we will refund an amount equal to the rent we were able to receive by re-letting. If unsuccessful all payments made are forfeited. Holiday insurance is strongly recommended.
More than 6 weeks prior to arrival – deposits received will be none refundable, however at the owners discretion the deposit may be transferred to a different date.
